Standard Shipping

All orders $39.95 and over receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (within the contiguous United States) via USPS Parcel Post. Delivery date is 5-10 business days. This shipping policy lowers the total cost to our customers, thus passing on additional savings. Please note that delivery times for orders shipped outside the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APO, FPO, etc.) will take longer to arrive. We recommend upgrading to Priority Mail for more prompt delivery.

Orders under $39.95 are charged for standard shipping via USPS. These charges are calculated according to the weight of the items ordered and the delivery location. Delivery date is 5-10 business days.

Priority Shipping and Express Mail

You have the option of upgrading your shipping to Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or Express Mail (1-2 business days). There will be additional shipping charges for these services. You may upgrade your shipping options in the Shipping Information section of the CheckOut page during the checkout process. Simply choose your preferred shipping method from the Method pull down menu.

How fast will orders ship?

We know you would like to receive your order as fast as possible which is why all orders of in-stock items are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday). In the event that an item on your order is not in stock, you will be contacted within 24 hours via email and informed of when the item will arrive.

International Shipping

International orders can not be placed online. Please email us a list of the products you wish to purchase (product # and title) along with the shipping address and we will e-mail you the best shipping options and freight quotes. International orders must be placed via phone and prepaid with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. As soon as we receive your payment, we will ship your order immediately. Delivery times will vary depending on your approved method of shipping. You may call us with any questions at (412) 559-3384, weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST.

INCORRECT ADDRESS You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred by the shipping company for address corrections on orders where you enter the address incorrectly during checkout.
