This engaging teacher resource book is organized into 20 six-page lessons. The book covers four content areas: earth, life, health, and physical science. Each of the four content areas has five lessons. Each lesson includes a two-page article adapted from Weekly Reader magazine or from Science Spin magazine. Each article is accompanied by a two-page reading comprehension and vocabulary activity and by a two-page hands-on science activity that gives students practice to reinforce concepts contained in the articles.
