1. How do I place an order? The most convenient way to order is online. You will need a valid Visa or MasterCard to place an order in our online store. Simply fill in the quantity (number) and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will be redirected to the Shopping Cart page which shows that the item has been added to your shopping cart. If you would like to purchase additional items simply click the "Continue Shopping" button. If you are finished shopping, click the "Complete Order" button on the bottom of the shopping cart page and fill in the required fields. You may check the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart/Checkout" button on the right hand side of the page. You may also order via phone by calling 412-559-3384 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). We accept purchase orders from schools, daycares, preschools, and other learning institutions. You may mail your purchase order or fax it to 724-744-1098. If you wish to order by mail and pay by check or money order, please fill out our order form and send it along with your payment to: O'Block Books Please Note: There will be a $30.00 charge for returned checks. 2. Is my credit card information secure? All of your financial information is encrypted and sent to us in a secure manner. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. Only two employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. We will not share your information with any third party. Do you accept international orders? Yes, however international orders can
not be placed online. Please email us a list of the products you wish
to purchase (product # and title) along with the shipping address and
we will e-mail you the best shipping options and freight quotes. International
orders must be placed via phone and prepaid with a Visa or MasterCard.
As soon as we receive your payment, we will ship your order immediately.
Delivery times will vary depending on your approved method of shipping.

a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST. 5. What are your shipping options? We currently offer Parcel Post shipping via USPS (free for orders $39.95 and over) that takes 5-10 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Please note that delivery times for orders shipped outside the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APO, FPO, etc.) will be longer. We recommend upgrading to Priority Mail for more prompt delivery. Priority Mail (2-3 business days) and Express Mail (1-2 business days) is an additional charge. Your satisfaction is our number one priority, which is why we do accept returns. Please visit our Returns Policy page for complete details. 7. How long will my order take to ship? We know you would like to receive your order as fast as possible which is why all orders of in-stock items are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday). In the event that an item on your order is not in stock, you will be contacted within 24 hours via email and informed of when the item will arrive. 8. What if an item is out of stock? If an item is marked as "Out of Stock" please contact the store via email (information@oblockbooks.com) or phone (412-559-3384) to see when it will be available for purchase. Please do not add "Out of Stock" merchandise to your online order. 9. Do you accept purchase orders? We will accept purchase orders from schools, daycares, and other reputable organizations. Will you be adding more products for older students? We now have digital educational products available for grades 4 - 12 as well as preschool - third. These products are available at our Estore (http://www.ebookdestination.com/EBK9923) and include supplemental teaching resource books, audio files, and other educational software from 90 well-known educational publishers.
