Return PolicyYour satisfaction is our number one priority. Our experienced staff is confident that the materials they have selected will benefit both students and teachers. However, if you are unhappy with any of our products you may return them for a refund within 15 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new/resalable condition and show no sign of use. Books' bindings, spines, or covers must not be bent or damaged. A reason for the return must accompany the returned merchandise along with a copy of your receipt. Shipping charges for returned merchandise must be paid by the customer. Mail all returns to: O'Block Books As soon as merchandise is received and reviewed, your account will be credited for the purchase price. BILLING DISPUTES: As a customer of O'Block Books, you agree to allow O'Block Books to attempt settlement of any billing dispute for 30 days before disputing with any third party, credit card company or bank. O'Block Books simply requires that it be the first option in billing disputes. Should O'Block Books receive an invalid chargeback, or a chargeback or other reversed charge from a third party, credit card company or bank on your behalf before O'Block Books has been given a chance to resolve the issue, O'Block Books has the right to collect on the rendered services and any fees associated with those disputes. O'Block Books charges a $25.00 Chargeback Fee per chargeback should a credit card company be used as a first resort in a billing dispute, or if a chargeback is found to be invalid. As a customer of O'Block Books, you agree to these Terms. |
